Office Supply Returns
As an extension of our dedication to customer service excellence, we will happily honor office supply returns for up to 30 days after the purchase date with a store credit. We only ask that items be returned in resalable condition – in the original packaging.
- We assume no obligation to accept merchandise for credit after thirty days from date of invoice.
- When requesting authorization to return merchandise, please furnish the invoice number and date of invoice to ensure prompt handling.
- We’re sorry, but this return policy does not apply to custom or special order merchandise, food, beverage and pharmaceutical products.
- All returned merchandise will be subject to handling and restocking charges, unless the reason for the return stems from an error on our part in shipping or handling of the order. Otherwise, all returns must be sent charges prepaid.
- Any claims for shortages and damages must be made with one of our customer service representatives within 48 hours after merchandise is received.

- We’re sorry, but factory direct, custom-ordered office furniture may not be returned.
Chairmat Return Policy
- Chairmat warranties and returns are handled directly with the manufacturer.
