The team at McGarity’s has years of experience and expertise in providing solutions for our customers in the Education arena, serving universities, technical colleges, and lower schools throughout Georgia. McGarity’s has been proud to deliver office design space planning, office design services and office furniture delivery and assembly to the University of Georgia for many years, partnering with the Office of University Architects. Some of our many projects include The Paul D. Coverdell Center, The College of Pharmacy, The Medical Partnership Building and the College of Public Health on the Health-Sciences Campus, the Rankin M. Smith Center, The College of Veterinary Medicine, The Science Learning Center, Rusk Hall, The Sanders Boardroom, The Moore’s College Honors Program, The Law School, and projects on the Gwinett and Augusta Campuses.
Recent UGA Projects
Pictured first in this gallery are two projects including the UGA Augusta, GA Pharmacy (August 2016) and the UGA Science Learning Center in Athens, GA (July 2016). Augusta Pharmacy consisted of private offices, shared offices, classroom, conference room, and seminar rooms. The desk systems were Haworth Master Series, Haworth Zody task chairs, and the guest chairs were reupholstered by the McGarity’s Upholstery Divison. All classroom and seminar chairs/stools were Valo Sync. The lobby furniture was OFS Brands Tangent and Dess series. The Science Learning Center consisted of two tiered lecture halls filled with 280 Valo Sync chairs. We also provided Dauphin Lab stools for the numerous laboratories.
